At IGOR, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their beauty and personal care purchases. If you are not entirely happy with your order, this Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions and processes for returning products purchased through igorstore24.com.
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for an item purchased from IGOR. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
● The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
● The item must be in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
● You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
● Any hygiene seals on beauty tools, skincare gadgets, or personal care devices (such as blackhead removers, acne tool sets, or razors) must remain intact. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for items that have been used or where the hygiene seal has been broken, in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Note: For hygiene reasons, items like acne tool sets, hair accessories, or any device that has been used directly on the skin/hair cannot be returned once opened, unless they are faulty.
For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened:
● Used electric shavers and razors.
● Acne tool sets and blackhead removers that have touched the skin.
● Hair accessories and styling brushes that show signs of use.
● Items marked as "Final Sale."
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
● Contact our support team at info@igorstore24.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
● If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
● Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
● Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. All returns must be sent to the address provided by IGOR.
● Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
● Recommendations: If you are shipping an item over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that your financial institution may require additional processing time to post the transaction.
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
