Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at IGOR! We want to get your beauty and grooming tools to you as quickly and safely as possible.

 

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a notification as soon as your order is on its way.

 

We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

●     Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days.

 

We offer shipping to many countries worldwide. Shipping charges and estimated delivery times for international orders will be calculated at checkout.

●     Estimated delivery time: 7-14 business days, depending on your location.

Note: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once a shipment reaches your destination country. IGOR is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

 

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.

 

IGOR is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
